• weekly pricing only seems to make sense if customers planned to use the product for a short time anyway and are looking for the cheapest price + quickest way to cancel

• but maybe I’m wrong and customers really to value flexibility at a huge premium

• the issue with paid ads was always that you’re competing against established companies that exactly know their numbers and can easily outspend you plus VC funded startups that are fine losing a ton of money
