So the last one confused me a bit. There are literally thousands of services (Task Rabbit, Thumb Tack, Angies List, etc.) that connect you to handymen and plumbers. How would this suggestion be any different?
• Vetting and finding handymen (or really any kind of service provider) is usually a huge headache. So imo having a simple "magic" button to summon someone to solve your problem would be a game changer. All the vetting etc should be done on the platform side an be invisible to users.
• No service like TaskRabbit exists where I live (Denmark). So there's an opportunity to export the model to new countries and different industries.
Fair points and noted! Yeah, even on Task Rabbit you need to take the time to "vet" them by going through profiles, etc. This would be like having to vet Uber drivers before selecting one. Whereas with this scenario, someone would literally just be selected and you'd see their info, and arrival time.
